Lionhearts' Client Supports

Arizona Lionhearts uses vTrack as our EVV, EMR and employee timekeeping software. This is where providers clock in and out, track client's progress, verify timesheets, and where guardians verify provider's timesheets. Our agency vTrack website is: https://azlhbilling.vichra.com

Live-in or parent providers can not sign off on their own timesheets. Another 18+ year old adult in the home must sign off on live-in or parent providers. Arizona Lionhearts admin staff will help you identify and set up a Guardian Account for such person. For those without another adult in the home, please contact admin staff.
